When a homeowner selects Contact This Pro from a roofing-company profile, that request is sent only to the company they selected. Rooferus does not resell that direct request to competing roofers.

A lead may qualify for a credit when it does not meet Rooferus lead standards. Credit requests must be submitted within seven days of receiving the lead.
A lead represents an opportunity to contact a homeowner. Rooferus cannot guarantee that every homeowner will answer, schedule an appointment, hire a contractor, or complete a project.

Is there a long-term contract?
No. Enhanced Listings and standard Market Partner plans are billed monthly unless a separate customized agreement states otherwise.
Do I have to purchase leads?
No. Roofing companies may maintain a Basic or Enhanced Listing without purchasing leads. Lead participation is optional.
Can I control my lead budget?
Yes. Participating companies can choose accepted project types, service areas, lead preferences, and a monthly lead budget.
Are Rooferus leads exclusive?
Requests submitted through a company profile's Contact This Pro button are exclusive to that company. General estimate or matching requests may be shared with a limited number of qualified local companies.
Does a Market Partner receive an exclusive territory?
Not automatically. Standard Market Partner availability is limited, but more than one company may participate in a city or service area. Customized category-exclusive opportunities may be available.
What happens to unused monthly lead credits?
Unused Market Partner lead credits remain available for up to 90 days while the account stays active.
Can I pause lead delivery?
Yes. Companies can pause lead delivery without removing their Rooferus directory listing.
Are higher-paying companies ranked as better roofers?
No. Sponsored placements are labeled. Advertising does not change a company's licensing, verification, reviews, or qualification information.
